The Heart of My Work

Every yoga teacher and coach has their own way of holding space — their authentic expression of what their work means to them. For me, that expression is guiding yoga and coaching that nurtures mental health and emotional wellbeing, shaped by both lived experience and deep study.

My curiosity for both began with a personal need to soothe a busy, anxious mind and to find calm, steadiness, and safety within my body. This need guided me to yoga and deep self-work. Over time, my offerings have bloomed from that place.

It’s a privilege to witness people befriend their nervous systems, finding gentleness and grounding through movement, breath, self-inquiry and reflection — and I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on that path.
